Last weekend I had the opportunity to create a few "Eccentric Designs" for my friend Baby Shower - the theme of the shower, "Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice". It's been so exciting following her on this beautiful journey that began last year. You may remember her Bridal Shower I posted on "The Perfect Pair", I was able to include a few "Eccentric" items (click here to see pictures) and now (this year) I had the opportunity to play a role in something so special as the arrival of her baby girl. It was a lot of fun planning and bouncing ideas off of her for the shower. I automatically fell in love with the theme of the shower as soon as the color palette was chosen - Gold, Chocolate, Pastel Pink, and Hot Pink. I had so many ideas (spewing out of my head) and could not hold them all so I hosted them on my nifty thrifty Pinterest Board. Below you'll find some of the items I was able to contribute to the special celebration (and some of my DIY items):

Most recently I had the opportunity to work with Wilma of (Wilma D. Bowtique) on her son's 7th Birthday Party. Wilma is a repeat Eccentric Designs customer... you may remember the package I worked on for her son last year - themed "DJ Miah ". This year the theme of Jeremiah's celebration was "Little Man". Wilma said, since Jeremiah was born herself and her husband have always affectionately referred to him as their "Little Man" - she felt it was only appropriate to throw him a Little Man/Mustache Bash this year. It's always a pleasure working with Wilma ... she is very detail oriented and knows exactly what she wants ... she picked her color scheme and provided me with ideas for her son's party. Together we worked our magic and came up with the most bright/colorful fun Little Man/Mustache Bash ever!

This weekend I had the opportunity to create a couple of cute stationery designs for a "Paris" themed Baby Shower. I've been wanting to design something "Parisian" for a very long time and was more than happy to assist creating the items below - I'm seriously considering building on this theme and making it a full collection - I guess time will tell : )
